Robin Reino, Data Analyst
Mission: To leverage analytical skills and a strong foundation in physics to create impactful data-driven solutions.
Robin is a data analyst passionate about enhancing operational efficiency through data. His previous work involved improving factory processes with innovative solutions, including automating management systems and implementing effective energy management practices. Currently pursuing an MSc in Physics at the University of Tartu, Robin has contributed to peer-reviewed research in plasma physics, showcasing his ability to blend academic knowledge with practical applications in data analysis.
Robin is all about merging his passion for physics with data analysis to deliver innovative solutions that drive meaningful impact.
Joosep Simm, Senior Software Engineer
Mission: Make the world a better place for my kids' generation.
Joosep has been passionate about software craftsmanship for over 20 years and started his career as a developer for telecommunication self-service platforms. He got his first taste in performance tuning of the IT systems there. After that, he joined Guardtime, becoming the tech lead for a new blockchain system. In a proof-of-concept for the European Central Bank and together with the team, he demonstrated this blockchain system capable of over a million transactions per second. After that, he joined regtech company Salv Technologies, where he helped to stabilize, improve, and tune performance for Salv's anti-money laundering (AML) monitoring product offering.
Joosep is determined to use his software craftsmanship skills to make an impact to the world.
Tuuli Jevstignejev, Chief Communications Officer
Mission: To spread awareness and push boundaries for faster, more efficient clean energy integration.
Tuuli's career began in 2008 when she stepped into the role of Communications Manager at Red Bull Estonia right after finishing University of Tartu. There, she gained invaluable global communications and PR expertise over eight years, including nearly two years immersed in their HQ in Austria. Her journey over the past ten years has taken her across Europe, working with dynamic agencies and startups while living in London, Munich, Berlin, and Amsterdam, leading teams, and crafting and executing communications and marketing strategies.
Her passion for the energy and tech sector came to life when she joined Estonian e-bike pioneer Ampler as one of its early team members. Over seven years, she played a pivotal role in shaping the brand, ultimately leading their communications efforts as Head of Communications and taking over the CMO role for the past year.
Today, Tuuli is fully committed to amplifying GridRaven’s innovative solution, helping to propel the company onto the global stage and drive forward a more sustainable future.
As we look toward the future, our focus remains on pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in grid management—helping society transition toward a sustainable energy system that meets the demands of tomorrow.
